Share Your Lean Experiences At An Upcoming Lean Conference!

Today's manufacturing organizations continue to be under extreme pressure to produce quality products at competitive prices in a global marketplace. They are dealing with the realities of increased global competition, soaring energy prices, the continued erosion of the industry and so much more. To be successful, leaders must build and then manage a super-enterprise -- an enterprise in which all resources - both human and physical - are working in harmony to allow the organization to grow - and to ensure growth over the long term.

If your organization has been successful implementing Lean, your story could help another organization get their program started or to moved to the next level. With so much working against manufacturing today, it is important that the manufacturing community work together to share learning, experiences and "next step" ideas to ensure U.S. Manufacturing remains a strong and vital part of the global economy.

Productivity develops several Lean conferences each year and seeks out the best of the best --industry and thought leaders whose messages will provide audience members with the latest thinking. Our goal is to provide timely, useful, inspirational sessions that will help conference participants move their organizations forward. (Conferences are typically held in the spring and fall seasons. Please check our website for specifics on upcoming events)

And we need your help! Productivity Inc. invites you to join us to share your expertise and experience in the areas of Lean Management, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Equipment Reliability and Six Sigma at an upcoming event. Use our web site to send your presentation ideas today!

What's in it for me?

Most people are too polite to ask this question, but it is a valid one. Our conferences provide a wonderful environment to share ideas, techniques and the challenges of manufacturing process improvement. Hundreds of people from both discrete manufacturing and processing operations come together to network, benchmark, share their own stories and learn about Lean. You will not only present your perspective but receive valuable feedback and input from others on how they manage their own difficulties and successes. And, as a speaker you and your team will receive a complimentary two-day registration.

Please provide the following to our office:

Please note: consultants interested in presenting must do so with a client. Please include the name of your client company and contact information in your proposal.

Selection Criteria

Presentations should focus on implementation of Lean and Lean techniques and should emphasize "how" you achieved your results not simply what results were achieved. Presentations will be selected based on the appropriateness of the topic, evidence of achieved results, how well the topic aligns with audience member needs and should be led by individuals instrumental in the implementations being presented. Team presentations are welcome.
